Postage and Packaging

Our delivery time for pre-made products is 1 week, while customized products require a longer time. If your order contains both pre-made and customized products, we will ship them together in one package, and the shipping time will depend on the time needed for the customized product.

As a company committed to sustainability, most of our packaging materials are made of paper and natural materials. Feel free to take a breath of nature and get a lovely fan merch!

Production and Delivery Time

Our total shipping time is around 20-30 days from the date of your order. After you order, we immediately start the production.

Drawing and designing(customized products only): 1-2 weeks
Producing(customized products only): 1-2 weeks (mostly 7-10 days)
Shipping: 3-15 days (depending on which delivery service you choose)

If customized design is needed then production will only start once the personalization is finalized. This may extend the production time. We will confirm the final design with you via email, and each design allows for 2 opportunities for detail modifications.

After production, we will securely and discreetly pack your item and hand it over to the delivery partner. We will provide you with the necessary tracking information.If you are unable to find shipping information, please contact us with your order ID (helloupopia@gmail.com).

*International Orders: On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take up to 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Netherlands and India. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
